Diabetes is a pesky monster. And that’s putting it mildly. However, if you’re serious about helping us face it head on, come join us.The everyday life with diabetes is often tedious and exhausting – and that’s exactly what we work on at mySugr. True to the motto "Make diabetes suck less", we develop award-winning apps, integrate medical devices into our products and work with health insurance companies and industry partners to make life with diabetes a bit better. Here’s what we’re looking for:
We are looking for a fun and communicative person to join us in making our customers happy! A true hero. You’ll join great people like Anne and Sarah in making sure problems are solved and the feedback of almost a million customers is heard throughout the company. You’ll need to be great at listening and understanding what’s going on. While tackling the issues that pop up, you will need to have a talent for turning frowns upside down. Oh also, most of all of our mySugr customer support team have diabetes themselves, so having a personal connection to diabetes is highly desired.
